We request a two-night minimum
stay.
One night stays will incur a
$50 cleaning fee
We require a 50% deposit and
our cancellation policy is as follows:
Full refunds require 30 days notice and are subject
to a $50 re-booking fee.
Your deposit is subject to forfeiture should the cancellation
be less than 30 days prior to your date of arrival, unless
you re-book at the time of cancellation for a date within
6 months (you may re-book once before forfeiting your
deposit).
If we are able to re-book your room (or you re-book
at the time of cancellation for a date within 6 months),
only the $50 re-booking fee shall apply.
The Retreat is not a facility
suited for children under 12; therefore we request that all
children be 12 years old or older. The only exception is when
the entire facility is rented to the same party. Thank you
for your understanding.
We
are sorry, but pets are not allowed.
Most
rooms are designed for two people only. Please contact us
if you wish to add an additional guest. The charge will be $50 per night, per person.
There
is a maximum of 4 guests per room. ONLY PEARL AND Treasury MASTER
CHAMBERS HAVE SOFA BEDS TO SLEEP FOUR GUESTS.
Please
be aware that The Retreat is only accessible by two flights
of outdoor stairs and may be challenging for the elderly or
those in a weakened physical condition.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and Check-out is at
11am. Please let us know if you will be arriving after
6:00 pm.
One (1) outdoor
parking space is provided for each guest room. If you
drive, we request that you leave your keys at the front desk,
so your car may be moved for snow removal or other access
to the driveway and garage.
The Retreat is a non-smoking environment. However, an outside
designated area is provided for those who wish to smoke.
